Josie Wood's is on Waverly Place, just off Mercer St. That is one block south of 8th St. and one block west of Broadway, just a couple of blocks from the 8th ST N & R trains and the Astor Place 6 train. It's a few blocks to the east of the West 4th street E, F, A, C, D trains. You can see the awning underneath a construction scaffolding. Just go down the stairs.
