Whyt Whey Commons - February 6, 2003

Old Business:
1) The check for the Cloisters demo has come.  Ervald will determine
	with the Ostgardr Exchequer whether this is Whyt Whey money
	or general Ostgardr money.  The next demo will be more
	actively organized and supported by Whyt Whey and therefore
	the disposition of the funds will be clearer.

2) Sancha is continuing to look into a Columbia University student group
	for the SCA.  Sometime in March, she and the Chronicler will
	work on producing some recruiting materials.

Continuing Business:
1) The next commons meeting will be March 13th again at Derbogaill's.
	The April meeting will be back at 552 RSD.

2) The March 21st Ostgardr Commons will be hosted in Whyt Whey, in the
	basement community room of 552 Riverside Dr. - where the
	Whyt Whey Commons have been held the last few times.

Officers Reports:

1) Knight Marshall: Ervald reporting for Tadg, said that Tadg is going
	soon to get the permit for Union Square practice.

2) Mistress of A&A: Derbogaill is still gathering info on people's
	activities to build her database.

3) Web Minister: Lev has made some changes to the web page design and
	anyone interested should take a look and give him feedback.
	He mentioned that Deptford's Uncle Vanya should go on the
	parent site.

4) Exchequer: There is a form to fill out for our final report. Sean
	is still spinning up, and Alexandre offered to help him get
	through it the first time.

5) Herald: Sancha is continuing to accept and process submissions and is 
	gathering data for the Roll of Arms.  She would like to 
	see the old Caer Galen Roll of Arms just to look at their layout.

6) Seneschal: Alexandre talked about event scheduling and also proposed
	methods of selecting a champion. He favours alternating
	heavy list and rapier champions.  He needs to get out to look
	at Meadhbh's site.

New Business:
1) Ben and Kamille are going to be in town March 6-9 and would like to
	see folks.

2) I-CON in Long Island has an SCA demo scheduled, but Sean and Sancha
	have been unable to find out more info about it. Alexandre will
	contact the Seneschal of An Dubhaigeainn to try to
	get more info.

3) Ervald also mentioned the demo in Jersey Feb. 28 - Mar. 1.

4) Meadhbh has scheduled a sewing circle for February 12, at her
	place, starting at 6:30 or 7PM.
