Sullivan (with apologies for any misspellings) Old Business: 1) The money from the Cloisters demo will go to Whyt Whey, boosting our still relatively meager reserves. 2) Contact information about the I-CON demo in Long Island was found and passed on to the Whyt Wheyvians who are attending. 3) The Chivalry Lives demo Feb. 28 - Mar. 1 went well, and Elianne was at this very commons meeting. Continuing Business: 1) The next commons meeting will be April 10th. Unfortunately, the community room at 552 RSD is NOT available, and so we need to get a location as soon as possible. 2) The March 21st Ostgardr Commons will be hosted in Whyt Whey, in the basement community room of 552 Riverside Dr. 3) Meadhbh has scheduled a sewing circle for April 16th, at her place, starting at 6:30 or 7PM. Officers Reports: 1) Knight Marshall: No report. 2) Mistress of A&S: Derbogaill continues to build her database. 3) Web Minister: Lev has made even more changes to the web page design and anyone interested should take a look and give him feedback. 4) Exchequer: There is a form to fill out for our final report. Sean is still spinning up, and Alexandre offered to help him get through it the first time. They will try to get to it within the next few weeks after Sean's exams are over. 5) Herald: Sancha has submitted a number of arms and names. There have been many submissions which have passed Kingdom but which have been hanging at Laurel for sometime. 6) Seneschal: Alexandre still need to get out to look at Meadhbh's site. 7) Chronicler: A draft Cheesecloth was available for corrections and commentary.
