[It is interesting to note that of the missing officers, three were out due to rehearsals for various theatrical endeavors. Aren't we a creative bunch? - Ed.] Recent Events: 1) The Cloisters Demo went quite well. The Chronicler has a list of attendees from the event, and they will receive a complimentary copy of the next Cheesecloth. 2) The Queens Farm Demo was the same weekend and was also quite nice. Upcoming Events: 1) Lief Ericcson Day demo was discussed - mostly people wanted directions on how to get there. [After the meeting word came down that the demo did not happen after all.] 2) The School Demo for the 12th was cancelled by the school. 3) The Yule Event: A few things need to be checked on - use of candles, ability to hang curtains, and numbers of tables and chairs. Laurie Henderson will be making site tokens - small linen pouches with pennies in them, in memory of Saint Nicholas' miracles. Other Business: 1) AEllin may have a line on an indoor site - probably not suitable for fighting but with a kitchen. She will get more info. Submitted by Alexandre d'Avigne
