Continuing Business:
1) Commons in October will be Thursday the 13th, at 7:30 at Alexandre's.
	
Officers Reports:

1) Knight Marshall:  A late report on the weekend confirmed that
	things are going smoothly.
	
2) Mistress of A&S: Tamara asked that anyone who got handouts
	from Pennsic classes get her a copy to add to the library.

3) Web Minister: Lev is working on getting the pictures reorganized and
	dealing with some other admin issues.  There's now a seperate
	page for meetings and other date related stuff.

4) Exchequer: No report.

5) Herald: Things are quiet, Sancha tells us.

6) Seneschal: Generally quiet.  Alexandre needs to look into a few
	possibilities for event sites.

7) Chronicler: Eularia said that there was no Cheesecloth for August.  The
	September CC was available at the meeting.  Back issues were
	available on the web as pdfs.

8) Historian:  Office vacant.

Recent Events:

1) Pennsic.  'Nuff said.

2) Southern Region War Camp was also well attended and a lot of fun.

Upcoming Events:

1) Barleycorn with Corybantic performance and the Provincial Rapier
	and Archery champions was coming. It is, as well, an RP.

2) Queen's Farm Demo is on the 17th/18th of September.  This
	conflicts with the MSR demo at Sands Point which sometimes
	draws SCA folk.

3) The date for the Ft. Tryon Demo is set, October 3rd.  Lots of
	discussion about this one.  It would be really nice to have
	a good turnout.

Other Business:

1) There will be no Yule event this year.   However, discussion has
	already begun on another Spring dance event for 2005.
