Officers Reports: 1) Knight Marshall: Jibril, functioning as interim Knight Marshall of Ostgardr, and Luis have already started working on permits and such for Union Square. However, there may be construction in the area which will prevent us from having practice there. Anyone with alternate site ideas should contact Luis or Jibril. Luis also notes that at least every other week, he will be checking for waivers and inspecting armour, as required by his Kingdom superiors. 2) Exchequer (from Seneschal): the check was received from the Ft. Tryon Demo and was passed on to the Provincial Exchequer for deposit. 3) Herald (Sancha via email): "Things are quiet on the heraldic front. Waiting on word about Jan and Pamela's resubmissions. Recent Events: 1) 12th Night was well attended and eventful with four peerages (I believe) including the first female knight of the East. 2) Agincourt - the heavy weapons champion tourney was not held, it has been put off til Celtic Sillieness. Upcoming Events: 1) Birka with major shopping is often worth the hike to New Hampshire. 2) King's and Queen's Rapier Champs is the weekend of the 22nd, and several folks are going. To Montreal. In January. 3) Celtic Sillieness isn't far off, either. Other Business: 1) Friedrich and Llewyllen talked about archery practices and ranges. 2) We decided to do a June event again this year.
